Consultation
People build for different reasons. We want to be sure that our service is right for you. This consult is designed to recognise your needs, help identify level of knowledge about building, help establish a plan of action and assist in setting your expectations to achieve your goal.

Coaching
A building Coach aims to get the best performance out of an individual. A great coach knows when to ‘tell’ and how to help people work out their own solutions using a careful mix of communication techniques. As a homeowner you will become empowered by your coach to take on any obstacle.

Implementing
As you enter the building stage you will be implementing the skills that the mentor is teaching. This includes, problem solving, decision making, critical and creative thinking. Strong communication skills, keeping your builder accountable and being clear on your expectations.
